Bruce Smith is the CEO and Founder of Hydrow. His company and its flagship product the Live Outdoor Reality Rower are quickly becoming a mainstay in a market long-dominated by Concept 2. As Executive Director of Community Rowing, Bruce led the nation's largest rowing organization in realizing its mission of rowing for all. He helped drive the fundraising campaign for and construction of the Harry Parker Boathouse, oversaw the creation of the Institute for Rowing Leadership, and launched numerous inclusion initiatives including the very successful Let's Row Boston.
